• Course fees, once paid, cannot be refunded under any circumstances

  • Change of mind
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Internet connectivity problems
  • Non-usage of course materials

Course Access

• Despite the no-refund policy, you will retain access to purchased courses for the duration specified at the time of purchase
• Once purchased, course materials cannot be exchanged or transferred to another user or course

Payment Disputes

• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after course access has been granted will be contested
• Users agree to contact our support team to resolve any payment-related issues before initiating chargebacks

Special Circumstances

• In the event of course cancellation by excelonfingertips.com, alternative arrangements or credit for future courses may be offered at our discretion
• Technical issues from our end that completely prevent course access will be addressed on a case-by-case basis
